Spent a fun Christmas here and the experience was amazing. the location was perfect, in the midst of all the action, with the city palace, temples, and havelis just a short walk away. Loved the rooftop view of the sparkling lake and enjoyed sitting there for hours. Rooms were tidy and modern, offering all the basic amenities we needed. the food was a big plus, delicious and better than expected.
The parking situation was a bit daunting, had to park a distance away and walk. had some minor issues with the hot water in the morning, shower was a bit of a hassle.

The location was fine but overpriced, it was too close to the crowded and noisy center of the city, and nothing extraordinary like the lakefront hotels in the area. the room was clean but too basic and small, nothing special about the bathroom. the breakfast was decent, but nothing to write home about.
Service was slow and not courteous.

Stayed here during the new year and it was a great experience. The rooftop restaurant had a fantastic view of the nearby lake and the food was delicious. The hotel also offered rental scooters which made it easy to explore the city on our own. The location was also very convenient, as it was within walking distance of several popular attractions.
The rooms were a bit outdated and there was no dental kit provided. the blankets provided were old and not very clean.
